This has to be brief since I am going to sleep soon but i just started my ICU/CCU rotation at the Veterans Hospital.  Learning alot, got some training on ventilator management today.  My first month of internal medicine wards went well.  I am nervous about my first night of call in the ICU though as I hear your pager goes off non-stop (on the wards you at least slept a couple hours at night).  The main challenge of internship year is to keep from getting sick hehe.

Anyway I am holdig up well, so far so good.  Still alot to learn and plenty to read!  Best wishes to you all
